I don’t know what these white ‘balls’ are called in English, but we call them snow balls 🙂 I used to love to pop them under my foot as a child and now I pick them off the bushes wherever I see them and let my kids pop them the same way I did.
There is a hint of real snow is in the air here at the moment but I doubt that London will actually see any this weekend. It would be nice if we did, but only if it doesn’t start until later on tomorrow – after we’ve been for a run!
Marathon training is officially back on again after a week of suffering with a head cold – this morning we did 12km and it was gooooood. It’s so nice to be back in action mode, even if the run today was on the slowish side for me (average pace 5.31 min / km) and I couldn’t keep up with the Mr for the last km – that’s ONLY because I’ve been sick 😀
Tomorrow morning I have 17km planned, I cannot wait.
