Sugar free protein ice coffee

I froze some espressos last week and have been experimenting with making ice coffees. For sweetness I’ve added either dates, maple syrup or a frozen banana in addition to some coconut ice cream.

I’ve found that the frozen banana is the best – it’s sweet AND cold.

The protein comes from the egg white protein powder, 30 grams of it adds 24g of protein and a LOT of fluffiness.


  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 small frozen espresso cubes
  • 30g unsweetened egg white protein powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 – 1/3 cup Coconut Collaboration chocolate ice cream

Blend & let your mind be blown 🙂
